Sean was employed at Deer Valley Ski Resort from 1985 through 1997. He worked in many areas of the Snow Park Kitchen, including catering. Sean was the Chef of the Seafood Buffet from 1991 through 1997. He was an integral part of the success of the Seafood Buffet, which recently has been given many awards for the finest seafood restaurant in Utah. I have personally attended many events that Sean and his crew have catered recently, and have been very pleased with the quality and service. Sean is a professional and a great person to work with.
